The Art of Leadership - How Do You Get The Audience?

Welcome to a seminar that will focus on what makes people feel trust and how you get others with you. You will get the opportunity to network and meet other women within the packaging value chain. For the first time, we arrange this event together with the female logistic network, LOVA. Logistics and packaging are two industries that have a clear connection to each other and together we create new cooperation and ideas.

The Art of Leadership is organized by Fempack, Packbridge, with the engagement and support of the Fempack Steering Group. The event will be held in Sweden´s newest and most modern exhibition and meeting facility – Åbymässan.

About fempack

We launched Fempack by Packbridge, a network for professional women in the packaging value chain, on December 14, 2016. It happened straight after our major annual Conference the Top Packaging Summit by Packbridge, where a bottom-up initiate evolved – WE NEED MORE WOMEN in the industry! As it was a missing part of our platform, our response was fast – we started a network for women in order to bridge the gap.

About LOVA

LOVA is a female network run by DB Schenker Consulting, providing a meeting place for women in leading positions within logistics and supply chain management. We want to gather women in an industry that is still relatively male-dominated, to exchange knowledge and experiences between each other.

We, LOVA and DB Schenker Consulting, think it is important to increase the proportion of women in leading positions because we are convinced that this will in the long run provide a more profitable company, this due to more perspectives coming into play.

The art of building trust in a meeting and get the others with you

Personal meetings are even more important in an increasingly digitized world. As corporate services and products become increasingly similar, your ability to build personal relationships and trust - and bring people with you, becomes a strong success factor. People who are socially secure and know how to create value for others are better at self-leadership and communication. The lecture includes, among other things, what make people feel trust and examples of what to say and how to act in different contexts.

Anneli Egestam

Anneli Egestam runs Egestam Relations where she helps companies and employees get better results from their business relations, meetings, events and exhibitions as an advisor, inspirational speaker, moderator. In 2006, Anneli received the award “Business Networker of the Year” and has since then become a much-appreciated lecturer and recognized mingle expert.

Anneli arranges the Göteborgsminglet, a venue to create and establish business relations with people from different industries. Entreprenörs- och Ledarskapsdagen is also a well-established event for leaders and entrepreneurs since 2005. Last but not least, Anneli has a diploma in basic coach training according to ICF and is also a member of the board of the National Speakers’ Association in Sweden.
